My daughter did a “test ride” with me. 50km of cycling. Two 25km stints within hours of each other. To Sidney and back to #NorthQuadra. The most pedalling she has ever done. And all on her own power (no battery). Her own separate bike.

She is ready for #bikeathon next week.

Fellow #NorthQuadra past-prez Haji Charania and I always argued that the Public Works Yard should be relocated, not redeveloped.
Operations should be moved elsewhere, more appropriate (cheaper, not underutilized) land.

And, yes, NQCA should get a community centre, to boot!

We brought baby to her first #NorthQuadra community assń AGM; and my first time in two years. #Saanich CAO Brent Reems was keynote, and he got a LOT of questions, most laced with sass &or sentiment.

I just experienced #langford minor softball park for game.
Amazing facility. And all fastball!
