Frying the not-falafel in a cast iron. Brocoli, carrots, onions, roasted. Then blended. Then simmered in chicken broth. I strained it all out, mix in some flour, then added some spice mixes. One was some sort of Bet On Baharat, and the other was called Chimichurri In A Hurry.
Not pictured is the sour creme with dill mixed in.
Ta Da! The finished stuff. Or half the finished stuff. I had enough vegetable glop to make 16 not-falafel/not-meatballs.
The Baharat ones were awesome. But the Chimichurri? Hot damn, they knocked my balls off, THEN immediately regrew them.
I legit like my cooking, but even these surprised me.
So I cooked some whackadoo thing.
