As others have stated, the lack of transparency is a key factor in people's frustration, not to mention how long it took her to make a statement. She let people go for days without service and no explanation other than "Cellcom is having an outage", as though we didn't know that. She was hoping to not have to publicly address this, but as it lingered on, felt compelled. I also don't feel she was being sincere with her statement. It seemed forced, and probably was, by the very same people who should replace her. I received a fraud alert from my credit union yesterday informing me someone was attempting to use my credit card. It could be coincidental, but the timing is awfully suspicious. After the lack of transparency to begin with, I don't trust Cellcom is being upfront about customer data not being breached. It would be icing on the cake to find out this has all been due to two nine year old's in Mumbai, India with too much time on their hands. Their version of "crank calls".
If you are a Cellcom subscriber, you should keep a close eye on your banking information because I believe our personal data was compromised in their hack despite them denying it. I got fraud alerts too after the hack. #Cellcom #NSight
