#NTUDoctoral Conference closed with a #FameLab session featuring 5 diverse presentations on piezoelectric technology, healthier homes, material culture and furniture use, the gut microbiome and pancreatic cancer, and understanding the mystery of Tau proteins and their role in cancer. #Inspiring

#NTUDoctoral snapshots - I feel after these two days that the future is in good hands. I listened to research today on everything from early Alzheimer’s diagnosis for adults with Down syndrome to understanding the behaviour of specific proteins associated with forms of cancer. #AcademicChatter

Great first day at our 2025 #NTUDoctoral conference. It’s been an intense academic year so far and, let’s be honest, a hard and uncertain one. But having over 50 PGR in a room, presenting research from all fields and perspectives, engaging and sharing has been a real reminder of why we do this.
