A flow-chart for resolving uncertainty in Lost Fable and other TTRPGs! The six possible ends are: Use the existing rules. Inform the players why something is impossible, and allow them to form a new plan. Allow the players to pay a price to secure success. If an action isn't high risk or reward, simply allow it. If it's not dependent on a Character's ability, roll a d6. Otherwise, roll a simple d20 test.

One of the 3 essentials of Refereeing is Adjudication, or resolving uncertainty swiftly to keep the story of the game moving. To that end, have a flow chart!

I think this is pretty stealable for many #TTRPGs.
