In fact, it feels like you've been distancing yourself from me." "That's…. is that how I've been coming across?" Anastasia raises an eyebrow. "Did you… not realize?" I bury my face in my hands. "No. I was simply trying to give you space. That you didn't ask for." "Pfft." Anastasia cracks a smile and brings a hand to her mouth. "You're more of a worrywart than I thought you were." I cross my arms and look away. "I'm trying to be considerate."
"Did something catch your eye?" Anastasia tugs on my cloak. I blink, then lightly shake my head. "It's nothing," I say. "You were thinking rather hard there. Are you sure?" "Well…" My eyes drift back to that outfit on display. "…I just thought this would suit you." Her head follows my gaze, and after taking a few moments to look at it, she nods and looks back at me. "I have something like that at home already," she says. Then, she crosses her arms, lowers her eyelids, and smirks at me. "Buuut, if you want me to wear it next time, I can keep that in mind." I look away, covering my mouth. "Do as you please," I mumble.
