#OCQOTD I don't know if any one thing introduced me to the concept. In the pre-Internet part of my childhood, I made up characters b/c I wanted to feel a part of the shows I liked. I think my first OC was for DuckTales in the late 80s. Later, with the Internet, I found out I wasn't alone in that.
