Very colourful OddBox today.

Aubergine and tomatoes are here because they are "too odd". But this aubergine is PERFECT. It's so smooth and shiny!

Made the famous NYT feta and veggie roast today (with a pinch of creativity) and it was super easy, quick and delicious 👍🏻😋 pix ⤵️ before (left) and after (right) served with giant couscous. All veggies saved from #OddBox 🥰✅

I replaced many standard things with other, mostly because I still have them, so don't need more.

So OddBox is exquisite this week. I'm especially happy about padron peppers. No clue what I'll do with them yet, but I love all pepper-y veggies.
