Today in "Fuck Yeah!" - my proposal to fix/rebuild the Dragon of Ell Pond has been approved & I officially have funding for 2026. Looking forward to making a bigger, better dragon, albeit with a smaller budget than expected (which, to be fair, I totally get).

The boy is into retro gaming* and got himself a N64 and a game cube and a giant ass tube tv** so he asked for a stand for it. Needs the General Finishes Arm-r-Seal and the glue up but it's shaping up nicely all the same.

Holiday weekend work is just about done. Rolling lost and found cart for one of the grade schools. Needs trim work, some judicious sanding, and a couple coats of general finishes arm-r-seal. Pine barnboard, plywood, and 2x4s. Because the budget was tight.
