Going off-balance with a purpose I've spent a lot of time trying to find balance in my life, both at work and in my private one, but what if the key to success is simply going off-balance? Being in balance, at least to me, has always felt like I am doing compromises. And a sure sign of "good" compromise is, that you get at least two outcomes with none of them being the best possible one.
