Interesting article about Spencer Leigh and #OneSummer then what he did after.
Never knew it was Yorkshire TV that asked Russell (for something else) but he came up with the brilliant One Summer instead of what they wanted, well done Willy!

Well that's the end of my annual #OneSummer watch.
Still can't believe they only made one series, loose ends plus lots of scope story wise for a 2nd series, wonder if it was ever mentioned or thought of?

Interesting article on #OneSummer here in the Yorkshire Journal from 2014, including some of the things that were cut from Russell's script including them doing up a caravan and Kidders house location which I never knew!
