CISCO заблокувало звантаження OpenH264 для усієї України.

Я сподіваюся, це реальна помилка. Але добре було б зробити розголос.

A screenshot of a web browser showing a "403 ERROR" page. The URL in the address bar is ciscobinary.openh264.org. The error message text states that "The Amazon CloudFront distribution is configured to block access from your country."

Following up on my previous post about Cisco blocking OpenH264 access for Ukraine: here's a screenshot from Lutsk, Volyn Oblast, confirming the issue firsthand.

Still hoping for a quick resolution.

Cisco stands on guard with our customers in Ukraine Cisco is working around the clock on a global effort to protect our customers and critical infrastructure in Ukraine.

Cisco seems to have blocked access to OpenH264 downloads for all of Ukraine. A puzzling decision, especially given how vocal they've been about their support for the country.

The GitHub issue is full of similar complaints.
