Today is chest and shoulders day. This time around I have better training info and won’t be increasing weight so quickly. 3-4 weeks at the same weight to let the body become acclimated. Slow and steady, better results over longer period instead of expecting quick results. #operationstickfigure

Back in the gym today after the weekend off for the ⛳️ tournament. Deadlifts today to get settled back in and tomorrow I’ll add more. This is def paying off and see the difference makes it all worth it. #operationstickfigure #ostomylife #longoffthatee

The process of putting weight and strength on had def paid off. This ⛳️ tournament was half the reason I started this #operationstickfigure journey. The distance of hitting the ball is almost all the way back. This is motivation to keep going. Beating arthritis is the other. Which is happening also.
