Hi Amar. This owl has super-cool "bark of tree" camouflage, not completely matched up by its background but admirable and beautiful nonetheless. It looks to be a bit sleepy so maybe just picked the handiest spot to catch a wink or two.

I met “Konoha-keibu” (Chief Inspector Konoha), the mascot character of the Aichi Prefectural Police, today.
It is named after the prefectural bird, the oriental scops owl (Japanese: Konohazuku), from which it gets its name.
