Getting this bad boy digitised. There is footage of this up online but was from recordings back 10+ years ago and aren't the greatest of quality. This tape is immaculate and our test runs of it show its really good looking still so will have it up for archive once I get the masters. #originbeach

I scored an absolutely beautiful 1977 print of Life before Man which features paleoart by the late Zdeněk Burian. His art was used for sprite work in the prehistoric levels in Ecco, most famously this pteranodon.

Finding a book from the 70s in good condition for this price seems criminal.

This is getting tagged #originbeach because Zdeněk Burian's paleoart was the basis for a lot of sprite-work in the prehistoric levels of Ecco 1! I've been meaning to get this book for a few years because of it.

Kyu has been watching me descend into madness the further into Ecco pico releases I go.

I think it's cool that last year we got a digital high res of this Takebayashi Hayato (more known for Soinc work) art from #EccotheDolphin.

Until 2023 my high res scan from the JP Sega PC release of #Ecco was the highest res image we had. Lovely to see the correct teals in the art!
