Der Dark Fantasy Manga »Tomoshibi no Otr« von Yuki Kawaguchi ist am 19 Januar im Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) zu Ende gegangen. Der Finalband in Japan erschien am 9. April 2026. In Japan liefen die einzelnen Kapitel von Mai 2025 bis Januar 2026 und umfasst 4 Bände (34 Kapitel). Eine englische Übersetzung des Manga gibt es bei MANGA Plus und VIZ Media. 📜 Beschreibung 》 In einer Welt, die vom Vormarsch eines Eisreiches in ewigen Winter gestürzt wurde, lebt Otr in einer Festung, die nur dank der letzten Feuer noch standhält. Obwohl er davon träumt, wie sein Vater ein Krieger zu werden, dient er zunächst als Koch und sorgt dafür, dass die Flammen nicht erlöschen. Als die dämonische Armee des Eisreichs die Festung angreift, stehen Menschenleben und das letzte Licht der Hoffnung auf dem Spiel. Otr muss über sich hinauswachsen und eine verborgene Kraft erwecken, um das Blatt zu wenden.

I really do hate to see this one go. I know it was not the best ever but I was invested. Kawaguchi has had a rough time trying to get a series going. I wish them all the best moving forward and look towards their next work!
