Distribution of ceftazidime-avibactam MICs by presence of AMR genes in total (below graph) and carbapenem-resistant isolates of E. coli, K. pneumoniae, and P. aeruginosa (above graph) isolated from respiratory tract infections in Vietnam. The boxplots show that Gram-negative bacilli harbouring NDM genes have consistently very elevated MIC to CZA (almost all >=256), while those who don't carry NDM remain largely susceptible, even if resistant to carbapenems

Distribution of circulating variants between January and October 2022 in Vietnam. Shows end of Delta AY.57 wave in Jan-Feb, replaced by BA.2 massively and some minor BA.1. Omicron BA.4 takes over in July. The coinfection is seen in Feb, and the recombinants in Aug.
