A white Chevy utility truck with a forklift on the front end sits in front of a wooden shed covered in lobster buoys with trees and a lightly cloudy blue sky in the background
The view from our neighborhood never gets old — and it’s always changing. The Beaver Moon (yes, that’s really what it’s called) cast its glow over Penobscot Bay last night… and a few hours later, Jib greeted the first light of dawn beneath a bright orange sky. #OwlsHead #Maine
A perfect midcoast Maine day: fire pit going, Pats on, and….rain?
Call an audible and head inside to the porch. #OwlsHead

Canon T2i Rebel EFS 18mm - 55mm f9 ISO100 55mm@1/200 ND4 Lens Filter
I was playing around with some lens filters in manual mode.
Photo was taken in Owls Head on the shore, looking across the bay. There’s Beech Hill and Ragged Mountain ( left of Beech Hill ).

A nice view of some of the “Camden Hills” from across the bay, in Owls Head.
The image was captured with my Canon T2i equip with my 75 - 300mm Canon Lens.

The photo was taken with my Canon T2i Equip with my standard EFS 18 - 55mm lens, with my ND4 filter attached.
I took this after the ferry finished passing, I wanted a nice landscape photo. ( I have several taken with my phone, just not with my Canon. )

I don’t know why, but I like the quality of my Jintu Lens 420 - 800mm vs my Canon 75 - 300mm. ( My Viltrox 2x converter, I think it’s crud too; just my personally opinion. ) I took this with my Canon T2i equip with my Jintu lens ( ND4 filter ), while sitting on the shoreline in Owl’s Head.
I went to the lighthouse, looking for critters, instead I ended up stalking the ferry from a far. ( I stalked the Coast Gaurd as well. )
