#everett #painefield #airport sitting just above the fog today with a good variety of #boeing aircraft doing test flights just before sunset. We've got a #777F for #chinasoutherncargo, a #Fedex 767 and two #737MAX8 #aircraft, one for #shenzhenairlines and one for #9air.

Another look back. Back in 2020 this #Boeing #E-6B #Mercury #aircraft (164386) made an appearance at #painefield. As it is capable of serving as an airborne command post for the US nuclear forces, it is often called the #doomsday #airplane.

Flashback to earlier this year: #AirIndia #Boeing 747 arriving at #painefield for a fuel stop, after which it would continue on to #Roswell where I assume it will be scrapped. If so, its last take off was from the same runway as its first take off.
