Another sunny #parkrunday. Working my way round local ones I’ve not done yet, today I went to Newent. Super friendly, and surprisingly traily (it looks like it will be three laps round playing fields - it’s not!). Am glad I wore speedgoats (not that I was speedy 🤣) #parkrun

Happy #parkrunday! Managed to Jeff round my local in just over 40min. Lap 3 was hard - seeing people I usually finish near going into the finish funnel while I had one more lap to go! But my shoulder feels ok, and taking it steady is more important. Was good just to get out and do it 😎 #parkrun

Happy #parkrunday had a good push today and got my time down again for the third week in a row. Hoping he next week I’ll actually be able to get out and train a bit more, but this felt good today #parkrun 🦢
Storm Amy yellow warning for wind.
A much better #parkrunday for me today as I cycled to Porty #parkrun, ran the whole thing and then cycled back. A vast improvement on last week for sure.
Other than a stiff breeze and some fallen twigs, no ill effects from the storm.

Due to the closure Figgate is packed. Hope they can get Holyrood back up and running (ha) soon.
As I'm no longer across the road from Figgate, I took the bike. All of that may have contributed to my slowness.
