Picture of Teesside food speciality called a “parmo”. Chicken, layered with béchamel sauce and cheese. This is a “meat feast parmo” so extra meaty topping (like a meat feast pizza). Served with chunky chips and garlic mayo. Salad is optional and, here, is optioned out.
