Had lots old PuNk albums playing while I cleared my man cave ready for next season 😉
Built some new shelving that should allow an additional 100 ish jars of passata.

Productive day at ours:
* Hole in floor is gone
* 1st #Passata made & bottled
* Spouse made "my best loaf ever - looks wise"
* I patched 15 holes in the back-up oven gloves.
Fri = last of the antibiotics. Should be vaguely human for back to work on Mon! (but don't hold me to it 😉)

Simpel recept, werkt mij mij goed:
-Tomaten in stukjes
-Optie: tuinkruiden
-Inkoken
-Optie: pureren
-Kokend heet in gesteriliseerde pot
-Pot 5m omdraaien
-Min. 1 jaar houdbaar
