Redraw and partial reimagining of a Charlie Brown comic strip. Charlie Brown hears some commotion nearby, goes over to see Snoopy has decorated his own Christmas tree and he's proud of him. He tells Snoopy he can set it up at his doghouse. He then starts to wonder where Snoopy got the decorations from before he notices that the big tree in the living room is missing almost half of its decorations. My thinking behind this redraw visually was 'higher budget special/ movie' but I had less time to flesh out and fully realise the final idea than I initially planned. The black gutters used in this instance were meant to evoke the feeling of black bars framing the top and bottom of the screen when watching a movie. I knocked this out in around 3 days before the final deadline but all 3 days happened to be workdays and I also had commissions going on in the BG as well so I was really pushing myself; my PC, tablet and even my phone at times were all used interchangeably within any pockets of free time I had via the Clip Studio Paint app's cloud feature to pull off that kind of turn-around time, lol.

A four panel comic featuring snoopy and the beagle scouts. Panel one Snoopy is saying to the scouts in the woods at sunset “all right troops… here’s where we camp for the night.” Panel too snoopy continues “each scout pitches his own tent… and then we all go to sleep right away. Panel three snoopy is opening his backpack while still explaining “just follow my example”. Panel four a night scene with the moon Snoopy and the scouts have all their tents set up and they are sleeping on top of the tents.
