Ren as a meister who takes pride in getting to be a hero (not thinking about how her family says she needs to be). When she's doing it for herself, she's got energy for days but is thankfully quiet about it. She tries to balance her job with fun so that she doesn't become too serious, like her family. I'm the weapon (a pendulum shield) who vibes with her...gradually. I basically had to be at the DWMA to learn about my powers. No drive to be a hero, but not a villain, either. Just want to be left alone to live. But for my own sake, I needed to meet a foil like Ren. Part of the reason she asks me to be her partner is because my weapon form has stars and she wanted "Star" to be her stage name. I talk her out of it because I like her real name more. I couldn't talk her out of choosing someone who's energy matched hers because she wants to be a hero of the people, requiring socializing skills with multiple types of people. So, I said "Alright", and haven't regretted it yet.
