Transcription of a text post from Tumblr: Whenever we bring up the idea of becoming a permaballoon, people always think that we mean being TFed into a latex balloon, or pooltoy version of themself permanently. But, like, that's not what we mean. When we say "permaballoon" we mean you are permanently filled, or filling up like a balloon, but no TF is involved. Maybe your body becomes more elastic to conform to this change, but nothing about the broad strokes of how you look change. You still have fur, or scales, or whatever, you don't gain valves, or a balloon knot on your tail, you're just you, but really, cartoonishly round now. (Maybe getting rounder constantly unless you burp from time to time)
