PDC staff brief commissioners on bills affecting redactions, campaign reporting and foreign-donor certifications PDC staff updated the commission on several bills: House Bill 2333 was amended to narrow proposed redaction rules and now focuses on security and use of funds; HB 2637 would add a residential-address exemption to the Public Records Act (staff seek clarifying carve-outs); and a bill on nonindividual donor certifications (2123) is being monitored for administrative impact.
