It’s $20,000 per person #perYear. Yet they claim they can’t get him back. However, I’m pretty sure that locking up innocent people is the point, to rule by fear, fear of primary, fear of incarceration. Also it’s not like he hasn’t killed, so there’s that fear to look forward to.
