[ The Sea of Stars — Phaenna ] Largo Canzondolore rides his Garlond Ironworks motorrad across the glassy plains of Phaenna, a distant world discovered by the Loporrits as part of the Cosmic Exploration Initiative. Strange plant-like formations and round boulders dot a rolling landscape composed of a substance not unlike a haphazard swirl of stained glass.

Largo stands at the rim of an immense chasm. Puffy rain clouds roll away in the distance, following a thunderstorm. Stars glow in the twilight sky. Largo looks around thoughtfully. "Ahhh..." he sighs, "Sightseeing on a quiet night, gazing up at the night sky of a distant star. What could be more exotic, yet so relaxing?"

Then he looks down and studies the landscape far below. Strange rock formations, not unlike half-burst soap bubbles, jut from the valley floor. Several large lakes have pooled in the lower elevations. Between two of these, however, are two enormous gouges in the earth, smooth as worked stone, and rimmed at the top with what appear to be intentional borders of fitted stones. Largo stomps one foot on the glassy rock or the canyon's edge. "GODS PLEASE TELL ME," he growls at the universe around him, "THOSE ARE NOT SIGNS OF A FORGOTTEN CIVILIZATION UNDONE BY ANCIENT UNTOLD HORRORS." He pauses, his breathing short and shallow, knowing that no heavenly reply will be forthcoming.

Largo indulges his curiosity, but only so far.

The elezen man who always appears in the Cosmic Exploration camps when a Red Alert is about to begin. He is dressed in a Star Crew uniform that is royal blue with neon yellow accents, very similar to the Vault Suits from the Fallout series.

On #Phaenna, as on the moon, the appearance of Vault-Tec Guy always means trouble's a-comin'.
