What if tradeable financial assets were to be created by #philantropic persons/orgs where an asset only paid out a return if a humanity harming activity declined by at least a given amount by a given date?

Needs much more thought but could it be helpful as an incentive & a #wellbeing measure?

A 2% wealth tax on #billionnaires should not be impossible.

The world around us is trumbling, many US billionaires have already pledged 50% of their wealth to be spent on #philantropic action.

Let us never get desperate when the world is flooded with inccredible fortunes. 2%. European solutions.
