Outpost of Dramen on the planet Phosie in the Vea system. The settlement was established in 2584 by Viratex Industries as a Mineral Surveying outpost but quickly grew beyond that after the discovery of substantial Palladium and Platinum deposits on the planets northern hemisphere. By 2591 the population of Draman had surpassed 1000 from the initial outpost of just 50, with the rapidly expanding population Viratex Industries opted to invest in the permanent settlement of Dramen with investment's estimated to be around 5.6b galactic credits for the founding of a space port as well as residential and commercial districts. Interest in settlement on Dramen peaked in 2595 with the population standing at 3550. A colonist drive in the two years prior would see a missive influx to the new settlement. By the end of 2595 the population of Dramen would reach over 12,000.
