Name: Nezuisui Etymology: Nezumi (Japanese for rodent) and Seisui (Japanese for the planet Mercury) Classification: Light Footed Pokemon Type: Electric/Stellar Evolution Method: Does not evolve from or into any known Pokémon Flavour Text: It can fly as fast as lightning and strike as quick as it too. It's black lightning is unheard of in Electric types, making it seem like a bad omen in ancient times. It's propensity to play pranks and steal trinkets doesn't help this perception. But it's actually a good hearted Pokémon.

It can learn a couple new attacks: Spark Horn Electric Physical 60 BP / 100 Acc / 20 PP The user attacks the opponent with an electrified horn. This may paralyse or lower Defence. Blackout Electric Special 130 BP / 100 Acc / 5 PP To inflict massive damage, the user shocks itself out. Afterwards, the user is no longer an Electric type. And it has it's Signature Move: Red Sprite Electric Physical 100 BP /90 Acc / 10 PP The user, coating itself in electricity, flings the opponent into the sky, and then rams down until them from above in a flash of red and black. This attack may paralyse or flinch and causes the user to hurt itself a little.
