My friend is doing a religious fast and gave up meat. She does not cook, so I decided that because I love her I'd make a vegetarian dinner!

We got mushroom risotto with shallot and leek, a salad with goat cheese and dried cranberry, and garlic bread. 10/10 will cook again.
