Last week, we had the pleasure of visiting Arcaya – a new #resort that is being developed near #Faro in the #algarve. Billed as eco-led, it aims to bring a different style of offer to the Algarve - and is already looking mighty impressive!

The Italian architect-surveyor Giambattista Nolli (1701–56) put figure ground plans on the map – literally. We often use Nolli-style mapping to draw out a particular aspect of a site, like building density, urban grain or catchment areas.
