Help please! Has anyone successfully got plastic bags out of the deeper areas of a lake? I've cleared 1000s of bags from the edges & used waders, fishing rods etc. But these cygnets are finding deeper items & trying to pull them apart. #PlasticBlitz #PlasticBags #Swans
