So I've been away. When I got back the #cats were nonchalant about it. But the morning after I got back, this is where #PoodleTheCat spent a lot of his time, demanding I not stare at the monitor, but at him, giving him love and scrubbies. #Caturday #CatsOfBluesky I think he missed me. 🥰

My house REEKS. First #skunking of the season. Both #cats are freaked out-they were outside when it happened-& one smelled suspect but wasn't in direct line of fire. #poodlethecat needed a peroxide/dishsoap/baking soda wipe down & is now nursing his wounded feelings somewhere in the house.

Today is #caturday & instead of my own two furboys, I'm featuring #Oreo, my neighbour kitty, & the object of #poodlethecat 's affections, though she doesn't mess with boys. She is a tiny little fairy cat who will beat up on any boy who tries to kiss up to her. And so her cat-boyfriends are legion.

So, lovers of #catsofbluesky, this is the sequence last evening when #PoodleTheCat (ginger boy) decided he liked the Crowsnest (top bunk of the kitty tree) & #jimmythecat (who had sole possession of the Crowsnest until last evening) begged to differ!

12 years ago in two days I adopted #PoodleTheCat He was found in a #walmart parking lot. He was just 5 months old & the young woman who found him already had a dog, a bunny, & a toddler. I'll give you one guess what made the most noise. She couldn't keep him, so I did! #gotchaday
