#TonkotsuRamen the hard way…three days of boiling #porkbones down to a gelatin. Actually worked well. I had to substitute #porkloin for #porkbelly since I live in a food desert, unless of course I’m cooking hotdogs or burgers.

#TonkotsuRamen with #enokimushrooms and #porkbelly. The process of boiling the #porkbones, rinsing, cleaning, digging out marrow, then REBOILING for the final broth is a process. I took a few shortcuts. True ramen guys take three days to make this dish! My #Noodles sunk! 🤦‍♂️
