福岡空港3階の”ラーメン滑走路”で早めの夕食を頂いて帰りました。
博多駅 筑紫口にあるお店で、母体は家系なんだそうです。
シンプルな豚骨ラーメンがいいなと思い「極み豚骨」を注文。

#TonkotsuRamen the hard way…three days of boiling #porkbones down to a gelatin. Actually worked well. I had to substitute #porkloin for #porkbelly since I live in a food desert, unless of course I’m cooking hotdogs or burgers.
