I think it's unfortunate that this game did so poorly, cuz now it definitely won't ever come up again in any of the games. Unless some writer decides to write a blurb for a TV commercial in Persona 6 that references Hikari and one of her movies or something. #PQ2 #Persona

Oh noes! It's the fortold ending, the sadness of saying goodbye, and no one remembering the events of #Persona Q2. But all of them reassuring each other that they will always be in their hearts and will meet again. No one knowing that 2 of them DEFINITELY won't be meeting anyone again. #PQ2

LOL, it's a JRPG! And now it's time to fight God. Well, the BBG turned into a majestic, angelic being with vast power. Not god, but divine in some way, and basically the god of the realm we are in, and trying to be humanity's new God. Heh. #PQ2 #Persona

Now, I say all this, and I think #PQ2 has some really good stuff in it. It has it's problematic elements, but has mostly toned a lot of it down by a lot. Teddy is still annoying, but less sex pesty. I really liked how they handled Kotone, for the most part. #Persona

Of course, this being something we have to protect would never appear in a Persona game, given it's queerphobic history, and it's general lack of people with anything resembling neurodivergence. Tho a few have seemed to have something deeply wrong with them, but mostly evil in nature. #PQ2 #Persona

Playing Persona Q2, and it's talking about how the films are made up of memories where their individualities were denied. There are a lot of things about folks that point toward such possible individualities. But of course, in my brain, I go to neurodivergence and queerness. #PQ2 #Persona

Yosuke isn't that bad in #PQ2, I mean, he's a dipshit, like Skull and Junpei, but they made him a more lovable dipshit. I still hate his ass. I refuse to ever put him in my team, even when he gets a boost. They kinda dumbed down most (but not all) of the characters to one or two characteristics.

I do wonder why everyone levels up slower than Kotone, even when they start at the same level, and never leave the party. Is especially noticeable with the Navigators, since I never put Rise on the team, except one time when she was in the cast of a Special Screening. #Persona #PQ2

Oh no. Koromaru and Aigis both sensed something special and familiar in Kotone, and what it is (at least when it comes to Aigis) is pretty sad for both of them. All the allusions to the plot of Persona 3 through Kotone. At least she has finally cheered up. #Persona #PQ2

Wow, someone made a "Trans Positive" mod for the Babe Hunt" in #P3P? Wild! I think that only happens in Minato's route, but I bookmarked anyways. Mods will get me to play it after I am done with #PQ2, quite a few here that I am really interested in. #Persona

But knowing Atlus, likely this and the re-release of Persona 3 Portable are all they will give us of her. She never showed up in other spin-offs, and no way they will deign to do a remake version of P3P (I would prolly pay too much for it, even tho they would prolly mess it up). #persona #PQ2

If there is any of the old characters I would like to see again it's Kotone, and I am liking this game a lot so far (despite a few annoyances). Most of the characters aren't quite right, but at least that also means Yosuke hasn't been homophobic or creepy, so he is tolerable. #Persona #PQ2

Also, so far I do like the characterization of Kotone, they are really leaning into her cheerful mask, with moments of it slipping, and then being unconvincing when she tells everyone "I'm totally F.I.N.E. guys!" She may have more screentime than anyone but Joker. ❤️ #Persona #PQ2

Wow, there is so many babble scenes for this incredibly silly side quest to find ingredients so Theo can make chocolate mint popcorn. It's turned into a "murder" mystery, with no murder. It's very weird, but it gets the Detective Princes working on a "case" together. #Persona #PQ2
