His face points towards the ceiling while the blue face of a pup he presumably swallowed whole sticks out between his beard and muzzle. His hand is pushing that down his throat as well. Below it says: No one even noticed him walk up. The camo muscle pup from the house party had just appeared behind twink, picked him up, and started chugging.
