When I go out, I try to remember to take a straw with me and usually ask for a mug for any drinks. Although I can manage cups, it's difficult as my arms are short, painful if the drink is hot and can be risky. So straws are part of my going out kit. #QuadrupleAmputee

I used to love heat but it is a real challenge now that I'm a quadruple amputee.

There are many things I can no longer do around the house. However, "life admin" is something I often deal with, and that includes shredding. Last week I did a major shred of old paperwork. The resulting shredded paper was put to good use at Messy Church.
