( #Igamon -> #Ghilliedhumon -> #Quantumon) and the last one is kinda of combination of the two previous one with #Witchmon as the champion to have a Witchelny themed character to go with #ghostmon, and #wizardmon, #sorcerimon and #flawizarmon feel out of place.

Left line is #compassion based with #fairy and fairy-like digimon; middle line is Ghostmon's default line from #digimonliberators; and the right is the #steel element, which I mostly based on #logic (like #datamon or #quantumon) or #copying themes (like #Metamormon or #Mimicmon).
