Trying to #rECOnnectDengie has revealed the dearth of thinking and material on rural #ActiveTravel so the latest Streets Ahead podcast is a breath of fresh country air on walk, wheel & cycle infrastructure. Lots to chew on! Thanks @lauralaker.bsky.social @adamtranter.bsky.social

An artistic rending in poster style. A single-carriage train is viewed side-on. Behind the train are trees and a cloudy sky. Above the carriage, some ext reads 'ITE'. Below the carriage, there is text reading 'Integrated Transport Essex'.

Will a new unitary authority bring a new transport vision for mid-Essex?

There’s good coverage of the East of England coast, but the Dengie remains a blank area & doesn’t have any routes
