The front door bursts open unceremoniously. "Blue turtle, I need -" Rak freezes, door swinging shut loudly behind him. It wasn't even past 6 in the evening and yet what sits before him, flopped over a blue lighthouse on the living area sofa, does not surprise him in the slightest. Yet again, for another instance, he finds his prickly stupid blue turtle asleep with his head in his arms, another evening lost to slumber and solitude, and damnit, he really needed him to look up a place on the lightbox or whatever its called where he could stock up on snacks because this floor was almost all sky and the town they're in doesn't have anything good! He growls, huffs, walks over to the blue turtle and glares at him, and he has half a mind to wake him, his mouth parting with a readied inhale before he sees his furrowed brows, fingers gripping onto his forearms. The anger in his glare softens as he studies his sleeping teammate. A puff of air, and he shakes his head. "Dumb blue turtle. Your head is always skipping ahead to what's coming. Didn't you already work out all these test plans? We have meetings to sort all this out, make sure everyone gets it right. We do, and you still repeat yourself like a nagging terrapin. Look at you, even when you sleep you're still worried."
Khun shifts, frown deepening. From experience, seeing as this dumb blue turtle likes to work himself half to death when the black turtle wasn't around to see him do it, he sleeps like a rock. Rak pads towards him, tilts the lighthouse back so he flops backward onto the sofa with a snort, and fetches the blanket draped over the back of the nearby armchair - likely the green lizard's, too bad and drapes it over Khun. 'What would these turtles do without me?' He glares at Khun again, whose expression has smoothed out. Another snort. 'Be failures without his guidance and care as their leader, that's what.' "We need you to be here, blue turtle. Not stuck staring stupidly into lighthouses all the time. You're gonna turn into a shinsu shrimp." The opposite side of the sofa was free, Khun's legs half-draped and resting on the floor. Rak also knows he doesn't sleep for long. Hopping onto the open cushion, he crosses his arms and closes his eyes, choosing to meditate calmly until he gets to beat the blue turtle for starving his leader unnecessarily as punishment.
Bam walks into the living room, wiping his face with a towel hanging from his still-dripping hair, and stops in the doorway. He thought he heard snoring from the other room, but didn't expect this. Khun snoring away with a trail of drool from his open mouth and Rak propped up by his snout, small crossed arms slackened and lying in his lap, on that too-tiny sofa. They rarely share space together without an argument. Something like this was a rarity. Smiling, he shakes his head. He retrieves Khun's shed blanket from the floor, fixing it back into place, and pads over to the other blanket draped over the back of the sofa probably Endorsi's, too bad tucking it around Rak's shoulders, smiling to himself as he takes in the sight. He'll leave them be, dropping into the armchair to answer some pocket messages. 'Really, what would they do without him?'
