Traditional fanart of the unreleased thug (goon) characters from Ratchet & Clank Ranger Rumble - Steeljaw! He hasn't been officially released into the game yet, but he appeared in the reveal trailer last year in November. I'm still waiting for him to release in the game. He exists in the files though, and this is his bio from the files (it's incomplete, but this is what there is) "Steeljaw, a cyborg bounty hunter, has an exo-punch arm, lethal metal jaw, and bionic eyes targeting from 500 meters. His intimidating presence alone is often enough to make his targets surrender."
