Swordtember Recap!

A set of 7 ghostly blades and one solid one. All have the same hilt: an 8 segmented crescent with each segment inset with gold and a gem. the pommel is 3 segments of the ring the crescent seems to have once been part of. The main blade is a long heavy chisel. One blade is a dual khopesh with one side shorter. Another is a long curved blade whose single edge is made of increasing bigger sharp spikes. A different one is straight narrow and simple, but also has a shorter version coming from the pommel. There is a blade with a belly heavy 's' curve like a warped kukri Also one is a short, wide, two sided blade that comes to a gentle point and has a graceful curve cut out of the end where the blade attaches to the guard. Another ghostly sword is simply a long sharpened spike. the final ethereal weapon has an almost paddle like shape; curved outward at the wide chisel end, and curved inward on both side edges.

The eyes are watching you.....the blade peers into your soul to determine if you may wield it or be devoured.
So I know today and tomorrow are supposed to be joined but I saw the prompt and felt very inspired to make a warhammer-ish blade

This ceremonial blade of the gods weirds the power of the sun heralding the end of an era.
This was another fun one had the concept wanted to do some vfx, but got so sick this week, but still really happy with it!

Darktide, bright edge of cosmic sway ☀️🌙 The gentle movement of uncaring giants shape us, our societies, our homes. Steal the sun from the sky, and watch our crops wither and our livestock freeze. No one among us can replace that light, no hearth can burn long enough to outshine and protect us. No one can plead with the moon, drunk on the light of the sun, for her to stumble away across the horizon. A single edged chopping blade with an almost beak like shape at the tip, black on the spine and gray where sharpened. It's hilt is a ring of flaring spikes in gold, the grip and inner ring black metal and wood. The background is a dark circle surrounded by white that stretches out into thin radial beams.
