Men in Nursing are expected to 'Man up' resulting in us not talking about our mental health. We need more awareness & promotion for men's health & wellbeing. There is health promotion & support for women, but none for men. This needs to change. #RCN2025 #RCN25

You are definitely not less of a nurse. You have to know more than clinical nurses use day to day in order to teach those who follow on. You have to adapt what you know of clinical skills and add your years of experience in order to create future practitioners. Not less, but more #RCN2025
