After a slow-burn beginning, I persisted and was subsequently rewarded! Bel Canto by Ann Patchet is charming and beautifully unfolds into an array of characters bonding under unique circumstances.

Was out of Audible credits, and #SnowFallingOnCedars popped up on my feed. Hadn’t seen the movie, and was included with my subscription.
