Buick Reatta sitting next to the similar sounding Mazda Miata. They both even had pop up headlights, but the Buick was FWD and had a V6 and no manual option. They were never really competitors, especially since the Reatta was built as a hardtop coupe first, then given a drop top transformation. There was also a big price difference and the Reatta ended production just as the Miata was getting sarted.

The Reatta is probably one of the more interesting Buicks from recent memory, something a little sportier than the Riviera, looking very much at home in late-80s or early-90s suburbia. Sporty but not hardcore for anyone to think ill of you or your money.

Installed some new yellow LED fogs on my bf’s Buick Reatta tonight, they look great! Might need new housings soon though as the originals are 30+ years old. LED headlights w/ turn signals tomorrow from Auxbeam and I’m stoked to see the final product! #furry #carfurs #reatta #cars #rarecars
