So the deal to fund tribal radio stations is a side-hustle from existing Interior Dept funds, it's not part of the #Recissions package and it doesn't help #NPR and #PBS. What a scummy deal, so typical of #Republicans like Sen. Rounds. Billionaire welfare at the expense of the poor and working class.

In all, the package contains 21 proposed RECISSIONS. Approval would CLAW BACK about $900 million that CONGRESS HAS APPROVED for global health programs. That includes canceling $500 million for infectious diseases and child and maternal health, and $400 million for HIV. #Recissions
