Given that "callous, unemotional traits" have finally been included under the #DSM, & #emotions are scientifically quantifiable & used as humanity's #interface amongst our species & the planet, maybe it's time to build systems (including #AI & #AGI) upon #RecursiveEmpathy?

This is where I'm hopeful with the work being done with #recursiveEmpathy in emergent AGI dev. It has the potential to solve so much of this problem, & disarm the potential for an ELE through AI systems in the hands of uncaring Oligarchy.
